XFactorAI was founded by John Margerison after more than 25 years working across human behaviour, business communication, and organisational dynamics.
John holds a degree in Communications and a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and has spent decades applying this understanding in real-world business environments particularly across sales, negotiation, marketing, leadership, and enterprise decision making.
As communication volume and speed increased, organisations needed clearer, more disciplined ways to make confident decisions in moments where governance, accountability, and judgment matter.
